The stations were commissioned. As part of the project implementation, the revamping of the strainer assemblies and deboost valves was carried out; rotors of crude booster pumps and leakage and drainage collection tanks were replaced. The cable products were replaced; the automated electric-power technical record keeping equipment and the automatic micro-processor system equipment were installed. The dispatcher control and management system, the leakage detection system, and the wide-area stability control system at Kstovo-Yaroslavl-Kirishi-Primorsk PPTP were installed. The territory of the revamped stations was landscaped.
Sever Project is intended to boost Euro-5 diesel fuel export via the port of Primorsk from 8.5 mtpa to 25 mtpa. To this end, the pipeline sections where oil used to be transported have been converted to transport diesel fuel, and the existing PPTP facilities were revamped. The project is being implemented based on the General Scheme of the Oil Industry Development to 2020, which was approved by the Russian Energy Ministry Order No. 212 dated June 6, 2011.
