A mobile petroleum products quantity and quality metering system (PPQQMS) for Pulkovo Airport has been commissioned at the Pulkovo pipeline metering station (PMS) of the Leningrad Regional Oil Pipeline Directorate.

Two independent petroleum products quantity and quality metering systems (PPQQMS) have been commissioned at Kirishi pipe-end pump station of Leningrad Regional Oil Pipeline Directorate of Transneft Baltic. The petroleum products quantity and quality metering systems installed at Kirishi PEPS will allow securing automated fiscal metering of petroleum products (diesel fuel and jet fuel) delivered from KINEF and subject to delivery to Transneft Baltic.

As part of Sever Project Stage 3, pipe-end pump stations (PEPS) - Yaroslavl PEPS, Kirishi PEPS, Bykovo line operation dispatcher station (LODS) (PPP), Pravdino LODS (PPP), Pes LODS (PPP) and the Nevskaya product pumping station (PPS) - were revamped, with connection of the facilities to Kstovo-Yaroslavl-Kirishi-Primorsk petroleum product trunk pipeline (PPTP).
On 06 December 2017, in Novgorod the Great, Transneft transferred free of charge the residential estate “Naum” to the Administration of Shimskiy municipal district of Novgorod Region. Andrey Nikitin, the Governor of Novgorod Region, and Mikhail Margelov, Vice President of Transneft, participated in the ceremony.
